This document sets out the general terms (the 'Terms') for the use of the Ordexia platform. It governs the rights and obligations between you as a user and the platform operator. Please read these Terms carefully and in full before using the platform, opening an account or conducting transactions. They form the legal basis for use and are binding on both parties.
By registering, logging in, using the offered features or performing other activities on Ordexia you expressly and fully accept these Terms of Use. Use of Ordexia is permitted only to persons of legal age (18+). Minors or persons not fully legally capable must not use the platform. If we suspect a breach of this age requirement we reserve the right to block, restrict or delete accounts.
The operation of the platform may be subject to temporary technical interruptions, maintenance windows, updates or outages – for example due to market volatility, high server load or external events. We strive for high availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation. Features, algorithms, pricing models or available markets may be expanded, changed, restricted or discontinued at any time without giving rise to claims against Ordexia.
All platform content – texts, graphics, design, software, algorithms, trademarks, logos and AI-based analyses – is protected by copyright, trademark and other rights and is the property of Ordexia or its licensors. Any reproduction, distribution, public making available or commercial use without our express written consent is prohibited and may have civil and criminal consequences.
As a user you are responsible for ensuring that all information provided (e.g. identification details, contacts, payment information) is correct, complete and up to date. False or misleading information may result in account suspension, withholding of withdrawals or legal action. Your personal data will be processed only in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the GDPR. We apply high security and transparency standards.
All investment and trading decisions you make via Ordexia – whether manually or via AI automations – are your sole responsibility and at your own risk. Ordexia provides a technical infrastructure but does not offer personal financial advice, recommendations or guarantees of profit. Financial markets (including stocks and cryptocurrencies) can be very volatile and can lead to the complete loss of invested capital. Past performance is not a reliable indicator of future results. Invest only funds you can afford to lose.
We reserve the right to update or supplement these Terms at any time – for example due to regulatory changes, technical developments or new market requirements. We will inform you in good time (usually at least 14 days in advance) by email, platform messages or on the website. Continued use of the platform after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance. For material changes you may close your account.
